This fun and functional coat hook has been hand painted on reconstituted metal by a dedicated team under the shadow of Table Mountain in South Africa.
The Tin Project has a team of 10 dedicated painters who play an important part in the success of each product. Each product passes through many hands before it is completed. As the demand for the products grow so does the need for more painters. The Tin Project strives to create permanent and meaningful employment for individuals from previously disadvantaged backgrounds. The detailed nature of each hand painted item requires intensive and dedicated training, which is provided to each staff member. 10% of each sale also goes towards a crèche and school fees for all of the staff's children.
