Bundu Designs may, in its discretion, change, supplement, or amend this policy from time to time, for any reason, and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. You may not change, supplement, or amend this policy in any manner. Each time you use the website, you acknowledge and signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this policy as it reads at that time.
We are happy to place custom orders with any of our suppliers. Custom orders that are not regular stock will require a 50% non-refundable deposit payable at the time of ordering.
PROCESSING ORDERS
Bundu Designs processes and ships all orders within 72 hours of receipt. Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard or via Paypal.
SHIPMENT OF ORDERS
Orders in Canada and the USA are free. Orders are shipped using standard mail delivery via Canada Post. All orders have a tracking number. Should you require your shipment to be fast tracked however, please email us at info@bundudesigns.com. Shipments can be couriered at the expense of the buyer.
For shipments within Canada allow 4-5 business days.
USA shipments please allow 7-14 days. International shipments allow 14 + days.
Please note that delays associated with international orders may occur due to customs.
Duties and taxes on International orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
PACKAGING
We re-use all packaging material to cut down on waste. When you receive your order from us, it will be in a previously-mailed box and may also contain recycled bubble wrap or other packing material. We encourage you to reuse the packaging as well wherever possible, please recycle!
CURRENCY
All prices are listed in US dollars. If you are ordering internationally, your credit card company will automatically convert your purchase from US dollars to your local currency. Please check with your bank for current exchange rates as they change daily.
RETURNS
Items can be returned if damaged or if an incorrect item is delivered for up to 30 days after the delivery date. We do not accept returns on perishables like chocolate and coffee orders.

ORDERING
Online orders are the most efficient method of placing an order with us. We do however accept email and telephone orders. Please email your order to bundu@eastlink.ca if you are emailing your order please include a telephone number where you may be reached to provide payment information. Please do not send credit card information via email. For telephone orders please call us on 1888 900 6164.
We keep quantities of all stock on our website, however, occasionally items are back ordered or temporarily out of stock. If an online order is placed and an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email and the item will be shipped separately. You will not be billed additional shipping charges. All of our items are handmade and not mass produced which sometimes does cause delays which are out of our control.
